Classic Example: Energy, Wavelength, Diffraction Grating Experiments

OK, here's a simple, old classic.  Spectral lines and diffraction gratings and comparing measurements to theory.  In just a few short days I'll have reviewed a classic paper that compare's some measured data the theory and calculates the error. Then, simply recalculate EVERYTHING using TOP_PCG2 parameters and the error should be smaller. Ever so slightly smaller.
