Planck's Constant, Some Take It Seriously

Stephan Schlamminger’s Planck constant tattoo is followed by the founding motto of the metric system: “For all times, for all people.”

h = 6.62577382e-34*  ??? and a fine tuning of all other constants to harmonize them.

Only a +0.0044723832% difference...
